In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to YourCars Andover Ltd. Our website address is https://www.yourcarsandover.co.uk.
We are the data controller responsible for the personal information you provide to us. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, please contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

- Payment information: handled securely by our payment provider (see the Payments section below). We do not see or store your full card details.
- Enquiry details: any information you choose to give us when you contact us by phone, email, or the enquiry form.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to operate our service and to look after your booking. Specifically, we use it to:
- Confirm, arrange, and carry out your transfer.
- Contact you about your journey, including any changes or delays.
- Take payment and issue receipts or refunds.
- Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- Keep records required for our licensing, insurance, and legal obligations.
We do not use your information for marketing unless you have specifically asked us to, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Our Legal Basis
Under UK data protection law, we rely on the following lawful bases for processing your information: performance of a contract (to fulfil the booking you have made with us), legitimate interests (to run our business and respond to enquiries), and legal obligation (to meet our licensing, tax, and insurance requirements).
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Stripe processes this information as a separate data controller under its own privacy policy. All prices are taken in GBP.

- Regulators or authorities where we are legally required to do so.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your booking information for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet our legal, accounting, and insurance obligations. When your information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
