Which Southampton cruise terminal does my ship leave from?
Southampton has four cruise terminals: Ocean Terminal and Mayflower Terminal in the Western Docks, and Horizon Terminal and City (formerly QEII) Terminal in the Eastern Docks. Your terminal is printed on your cruise line’s e-tickets, not chosen by you, so YourCars Andover confirms it at booking and drops you at the right door at the same fixed quote.
If you are not sure, check your e-ticket or booking confirmation, the terminal is always named there. Or just tell us your ship and sail date when you book and we will confirm the terminal for you.

How much cruise luggage can you take?
The Executive Saloon takes up to four passengers with a pair of large cruise cases plus hand luggage. For a family or a full set of cases, the 8-seat MPV carries up to eight passengers and eight suitcases. Tell us your passenger and case count when you book and we will send the right car.
What time will you collect us for a sailing?
We plan the pickup around your check-in window rather than the departure time, with a sensible buffer for traffic. We confirm the exact pickup time with you the day before, and early morning starts are no problem.
How far in advance should we book a cruise transfer?
At least 48 hours ahead for a car, and seven days if you need the 8-seat MPV. Cruise dates are known well in advance, so most customers book as soon as the sailing is confirmed and tick it off the list.
Is the price fixed once it is confirmed?
Yes. The price we confirm at booking is the price you pay. No meter, no surge pricing, and no surprises on the day. For return pickups we track your ship’s arrival where possible and adjust if you dock late.
