What vehicles do you have?

We offer three vehicle classes. Saloon cars for up to 4 passengers, MPVs for up to 8 passengers, and a VIP Mercedes S-Class for up to 3 passengers travelling in executive comfort. All vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and driven by professional local drivers.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor every arriving flight in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust automatically. There is no charge for flight delays. Your fixed price stays the same.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Cancel 48 or more hours before pickup for a full refund, or 24 to 48 hours before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or amend, and we will sort it straight away. Full details are in our booking terms.

Do you cover my village or town?

Almost certainly. We cover Andover and surrounding towns and villages across Test Valley, including Stockbridge, Middle Wallop, Grateley, and many more. If your location is not listed in the booking form, call us and we will quote you directly.

Is it safe to pay online?

Completely. All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure, encrypted payment gateway used by millions of businesses. Your card details are never stored on our systems.

What about child seats?

We provide child seats and booster seats on request at no extra charge. Just let us know when you book and include the age of each child so we can fit the correct seat.
