Hi, we're Kris and Stan. YourCars is a two-person operation based in Andover, Hampshire. On most of your journeys, one of us will be behind the wheel. When we're both already on the road, we call on a small network of trusted partner drivers we've hand-picked over the years.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight automatically from the moment we get your flight number. If your arrival time changes, we adjust your pickup accordingly. For longer delays, we’ll be in touch to rearrange so you’re never left without a ride.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your pickup are free of charge. Inside the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee may apply. See our booking terms for full details.
How will I recognise my driver at arrivals?
The evening before your journey, you’ll get a text with your driver’s name, phone number, and car registration. At arrivals, your driver will be waiting with a name board. No guessing which car is yours.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, at no extra charge. We have baby seats, toddler seats and booster seats available. Just let us know your children’s ages in the special requests field when you book, and we’ll have the right seats ready.
I need a car in the next 48 hours. Can you still help?
Possibly, yes. Our online booking form requires 48 hours’ notice because we personally confirm every booking and sometimes need time to arrange cover. For anything sooner, please call 01264 563 031 between 7am and 9pm and we’ll check availability directly. One of us (Kris or Stan) answers every call.
What areas do you cover around Andover?
