Why do I pay an airport fee when you drop me off or collect me?

Because Bristol Airport charges cars to stop at the terminal, and that money goes to the airport, not to us. Dropping you at the door means paying the terminal drop-off charge. Meeting you in arrivals means parking in the short-stay car park, which has a minimum charge. We add it as a set fee you see before you pay: £8.50 whether we drop you off or collect you. Some airports offer free drop-off in a remote car park with a shuttle bus, but we take you to the terminal door.

Which terminal do you drop off at?

Single terminal. Tell us your terminal at booking and we’ll drop you at the correct door.

How long does the journey take?

About 1 hour 45 minutes via A303, A338, M4, traffic permitting. We plan around rush-hour and add buffer time for early flights.

What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight automatically from the moment we have your flight number. If your landing time shifts, so does your pickup. No extra charge.

Do I get a driver I can identify?

Yes. The evening before your journey, you get a text confirming driver name, car model, and number plate. At arrivals we are waiting with a name board at the Meet and Greet area.

How far ahead do I need to book?

At least 48 hours for our Executive Saloon or Estate. The 8-seat MPV needs 7 days notice. For peak periods, book a week or more ahead.

Do you pick up from Bristol back to Andover?

Yes. Return transfers include meet and greet at arrivals and flight tracking. Book both legs at once for a single fixed price.

Are your drivers licensed?

Both Kris and Stan are licensed by Test Valley Borough Council, DBS-checked, Safeguard-trained, and fully insured. They are the business owners.
