Which Southampton cruise terminal does my ship leave from?

Southampton has four cruise terminals: Ocean Terminal and Mayflower Terminal in the Western Docks, and Horizon Terminal and City (formerly QEII) Terminal in the Eastern Docks. Your terminal is printed on your cruise line’s e-tickets, not chosen by you, so YourCars Andover confirms it at booking and drops you at the right door at the same fixed quote.

If you are not sure, check your e-ticket or booking confirmation, the terminal is always named there. Or just tell us your ship and sail date when you book and we will confirm the terminal for you.

How much is a transfer from Andover to Southampton cruise port?

A transfer from Andover to Southampton cruise terminal is a fixed quote agreed before you travel, with no meter and no hidden extras. The Executive Saloon is the day-to-day choice, the long-wheelbase Mercedes S-Class is the VIP option, and larger groups or luggage-heavy trips are quoted on request.

Every quote includes door-to-door pickup, help with your luggage and drop-off at the correct terminal. Get a fixed quote when you book and that price is locked in, whatever the traffic does on the day.

Do you do return pickups from Southampton cruise terminal, and do you track the ship?

Yes. YourCars handles round-trip cruise transfers as one booking and tracks your ship’s docking time, so the driver is waiting when you disembark even if the ship is early or delayed. You give the ship name and scheduled return, we monitor it and meet you at the terminal door, so there is no waiting in a taxi rank with your luggage.

All we need at booking is the ship name and your scheduled arrival date. We check the actual docking time on the day and time the pickup to when you walk off, not when the ship was due.

Do you cover Portsmouth, Poole and Dover as well?

Yes. Southampton is our most common port run, but we regularly drive to Portsmouth International Port for cross-Channel ferries and Poole Harbour for Channel Islands sailings. Dover and any other UK port are covered too. Tell us the port and sailing date and we will confirm a fixed quote within two hours.

How much cruise luggage can you take?

The Executive Saloon takes up to four passengers with a pair of large cruise cases plus hand luggage. For a family or a full set of cases, the 8-seat MPV carries up to eight passengers and eight suitcases. Tell us your passenger and case count when you book and we will send the right car.

What time will you collect us for a sailing?

We plan the pickup around your check-in window rather than the departure time, with a sensible buffer for traffic. We confirm the exact pickup time with you the day before, and early morning starts are no problem.

How far in advance should we book a cruise transfer?

At least 48 hours ahead for a car, and seven days if you need the 8-seat MPV. Cruise dates are known well in advance, so most customers book as soon as the sailing is confirmed and tick it off the list.

Is the price fixed once it is confirmed?

Yes. The price we confirm at booking is the price you pay. No meter, no surge pricing, and no surprises on the day. For return pickups we track your ship’s arrival where possible and adjust if you dock late.
